Community Enterprise Assoc. Ire
Transforming remote work into a vehicle for civic engagement, capacity-building, and community resilience.

CHALLENGE
The Community Enterprise Association of Ireland (CEAI) engaged us to design a high-impact EU funding proposal that tackled emerging remote work challenges, aligned with key EU priorities, harnessed the strengths of a diverse partner network, and laid the foundation for long-term, systemic impact.

With remote work now embedded in Europe's labour market, its unintended consequences—such as professional isolation, diminished civic participation, and weak local engagement—are increasingly visible. The client engaged us to refine and articulate this complex challenge across Ireland, Portugal, Cyprus, Spain, and Germany, shaping it into a strategic funding narrative with cross-border relevance and policy alignment.

SOLUTION

We led the full development of a strategic, pan-European project proposal designed to harness the potential of remote professionals as catalysts for social innovation. Our solution centred on co-creating a compelling narrative, building a logic-driven framework, and aligning activities with EU funding criteria and long-term impact goals. Through intensive partner engagement, we transformed a complex, multi-country challenge into a clear, fundable concept.
