CONTEXT

ChildVision, Ireland’s national centre for children with visual impairments, operationalised its new strategic plan to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes across education, therapy, and support services.

To translate strategy into action and build on the important work of its new strategic plan, ChildVision operationalised its approach by enhancing internal systems—streamlining processes, standardising performance metrics, and instituting real-time progress tracking. These targeted improvements empowered teams to collaborate seamlessly, make data-driven decisions swiftly, and demonstrate tangible outcomes transparently to funders, partners, and families, reinforcing ChildVision’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and truly inclusive education for Ireland’s visually impaired children

SOLUTION

We collaborated closely with the leadership and operational teams at ChildVision to co-design practical, fit-for-purpose tools that would enhance organisational clarity and accountability.

A suite of custom operating templates to standardise key processes across nine departments.
